There is only one human weakness that will kill the planet and no, it’s not global warming, weapons of mass destruction, presidential recklessness, lack of wisdom, insatiable love for junk food and primitive night club beat, lack of musical taste, unbearable stupidity, and disrespect for the elders. Those might be bad for us but are actually quite good for the planet. In fact, there is actual scientific proof that the planet can flourish after the humans are long gone.
So what then will kill the plant? The lacking of the sense of humor - with an added spice of quenchless thirst for self-magnification, resolute misapprehension, and that boiling pot of defensiveness that will make the planet sneeze and explode into the vacuum of space out of overwhelming shame.
