For a visceral feeling there might not be a rational explanation, but you know what only YOU know. It’s a knowing that can not be explained. Therefore, you have to trust it. Someone else’s explanation is futile - it’s deceiving and false.
Those who don’t trust their deep inner knowing want to believe someone else who pretends to bear the torch for us poor sheep. No one carries a torch for me - not science, not religion, not my college professor.
Look, no one ever gets it right in this game. If you’re caught up in this game, which you are - we all are, there will never be anything absolutely right. We will never get it right. (If you disagree then look again at when the last time was you complained about something not aligning with your own perspective).
The only thing that is right and can never be disputed is that which is unknowable, therefore no respected careerist will dare to admit that - even if they knew (they don’t). If they did admit, they would never have a shiny career flashing on the background of a prestigious college degree, an achievement certificate, and a comfortable income. So they will always keep staying utterly confused while pretending they know what they are doing.
But wait, here is the best part! Truth, nested deep inside our hearts, is the inexplicable non-thing thing that can not ever be known or spoken of, therefore your inexplicable visceral feeling is closer to truth that any spoken and resolutely convinced b.s.
Practice the acceptance of not-knowing and trusting that deep inner inexplicable void and all IS well.
Let us give thanks for having a visceral existence beyond object permanence, material imprisonment. Otherwise, we’d be at the mercy of the push and pull of this or that organized group that poses as the authority of our times.
Also, being interconnected to all the beings is a mental and emotional concept, but it is a true visceral unspeakable reality.
To know ourselves us inseparable from others can not be explained but can be known by ourselves.
